Mark Darling – Story 36

I’m not sure one paragraph could adequately describe how thankful I am to know Mark Darling and to have him in my life. His impact has been and still is tremendous. When I first met Mark I was new in my relationship with Christ and I was dealing with the effects of several bad decisions. However, Mark was a consistent example of God’s great love. He graciously gave me his time to counsel me over the phone and each time he would consistently extend grace and wisdom to me while pointing me to God’s word. Between that and his truth-filled messages along with regular time spent reading the Bible, God did a work in my life. Throughout the years, Mark has been a consistent source of godly support, care, and love. This has been my experience through a variety of seasons of life (marriage, parenting, etc) and is still true today. I deeply value Mark’s input and him as a person. My life would not be the same without him. I am grateful to know so many good, godly men and Mark is without a doubt among those on the top of the list.
