Mark Darling – Story 102

Mark Darling has had a tremendous impact on my life and my family. I could give many examples, but the two things that come to mind are:

1. The Lord used his teaching and his example to show me what it means to die to myself in every aspect of my life

2. He taught me what ‘crying out to God’ means – to hold nothing back and lay everything at the Lord’s feet in prayer – the joys and the sorrows, the praise and the pain, and everything in between

Without these two essential pieces of wisdom, I would not be the man I am today and Mark is absolutely one of the people I have to thank for that.
