Mark Darling – Story 104

First and foremost, I want to thank you for everything that you have done in my life.  Throughout our relationship, you’ve been my pastor, my mentor, and my friend.  Your passion for living a life based on the bible is something that I truly respect about you, and the teachings and lessons that you convey in your messages have helped mold me into the man that I am today.

I know that helping people is something that you truly enjoy, but I also know that there is a tremendous responsibility that comes with leading and guiding individuals, which often requires very difficult decisions.  I know that your willingness to convey biblical truths about various aspects of life often goes against the “norms” of society, but I think those messages have always been the most valuable to me.  I’m a firm believer that people need to feel welcomed and loved, but they also need to be challenged and held accountable

You have been an incredible blessing in my life, and I know that I would not be married to my incredible wife if it weren’t for you.  Lauren and I care for you deeply and are grateful for all that you have done in both of our lives.
